J Toelle Construction Ltd.
is a General Contractor based on Quadra Island, British Columbia. We've been serving the surrounding Discovery Islands and Vancouver Island since 1980. We are a BC Licensed Residential Builder and a Registered Member of the National Home Warranty Program and are working on our Certified
Built Green™ Builder certificate. We directly employ a team of qualified and motivated individuals. With our workforce and the engagement of specialized trades, we deliver a quality product and take pride in a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
Design:
We work with many great architects and designers, and over the years J Toelle Construction Ltd. has become more involved in design for the projects we build, now designing or drafting 50% of our projects. We have a practical design approach with a mandate to meet your budget. We strive towards energy efficiency and sustainability in our design. If we cannot meet your needs we will point you in the right direction.
Budgeting:
a detailed analysis of the costs associated with your project will give you confidence before construction starts. Throughout your project the budget will be reviewed with you in person and updated on a monthly basis.
